Higher Education in Indiana Colleges
Indiana boasts a large number of top-quality colleges and universities, adding to the already dense cultural centers of Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, and South Bend. Nicknamed the “Hoosier State,” Indiana has traditionally placed a lot of emphasis on athletics--noticeable by the many opportunities to catch a wide-range of top-notch competitions. This state has seen an increase in population over the last several years.
Physician assistants, data communication analysts, teachers, and environmental engineers all look to be in hot demand in the near future. The state also has a thriving manufacturing field, providing careers for those with business management degrees. This boost in employment rates is likely to keep some of the state’s largest employers happy; namely United States Steel Corporation, Dehphi Electronics and Safety, and Eli Lilly and Company. |
