The course of study for a radiology degree requires classes in applied anatomy, physiology, ontological pathology, radiation biology, tumor localization, treatment planning, patient communication and management, and record keeping; however, this is just a short list. Many other classes in the field of cancer treatment are required as well. Achieving a degree in radiology is no easy task and will require long hours of study and hard work; however, the rewards of entering this career field are well worth the long hours and hard work. |
