Parks College, founded by W.T. Parks in 1895, was the first private business school to be accredited according to college and university standards.* The early Parks College always believed it had an obligation to its community to provide training and education to help individuals succeed in the workforce. That legacy continues today, evidenced in our solid, continually expanding education programs that have helped thousands of graduates realize their career dreams.

Our programs incorporate a curriculum that teaches the most current information and technology in each field. Courses are continually evaluated and updated to insure that students maintain a competitive advantage in the workplace. Students also gain real-world experience in modern labs designed to mimic an on-the-job environment. Classes are taught by a staff of instructors who are hand picked for their real-world experience and dedication to helping students learn. Classroom sizes are small, encouraging a more personalized learning experience. And because many of our students are working adults, class schedules are offered at a variety of times in morning and evening to accommodate their time constraints.

At Parks College, the success of our programs is measured by the success of our students, both in the classroom and after graduation. To ensure that each student succeeds in their education, we offer all types of support, including academic advising, tutoring, guest speakers, mentoring, a dean's and president's list, and counseling. And to insure your future success, our Career Development Center offers programs to help you with prepare for successful interviews, write good resumes, find employment, and more.
