We’ve scoured Web sites, searched through our mail and have come up with these scholarships you just can’t miss. Check out these national and state-specific listings for your ticket to free money! We’ve done our best at providing you with the basic deadline, amount and deadline descriptions, but it’s up to you to check with each school and organization to see what you need to do to apply. Scholarship name: Community College Transfer Program
Amount: $1,500 to $2,500
Deadline: February
Award requirements: Applicants must be Hispanic and enrolled full time at a community college in specific areas. Minimum GPA required, also definite plans to transfer to a four-year school in the fall. Application required.

Award requirements: Must be a two-year transfer student with a GPA of 3.30 or higher.

Scholarship name: Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
Amount: $4,500; Renewable.
Deadline: Rolling
Award requirements: Member of Phi Theta Kappa, 3.4 GPA. (Must fill out the CSS Profile and FAFSA.)
