Graduates of Le Cordon Bleu at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute receive the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu diplôme and the professional significance that it confers.
In pursuing an associate of specialized technology degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and Pâtisserie and Baking, and an associate of specialized business in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and restaurant management, the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute offers a valuable learning environment.. Our training facilities include professional-sized commercial kitchens, contemporary bakery and pastry preparation areas, classrooms, conference rooms, executive dining rooms, resource centers, student lounges and administration offices. Students are provided with industry-current kitchen equipment and audiovisual aids.
