Brandman University is accredited by, and a member of, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Teacher training programs are accredited by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).

*For admission to Brandman University, students must have at least 12 transferrable baccalaureate-level credits (or the equivalent) from an accredited college or university.

Certificate programs are offered through Extended Education. Students seeking certificate programs only are not eligible for financial aid. Courses taken after completion of a degree program in order to complete the certificate are not eligible for financial aid.
